Pablo Irlando-Wildman

CEO, Executive Director

Pablo has spent 30 years in the entertainment industry as an Actor, Producer, Writer and Director. He graduated from New York University with a Double-Major in Film from the Tisch School of The Arts and Urban Studies from the College of Arts and Science, Deans List. As the National Program Director for Rock The Vote in the early 2000's, and in his various roles managing political campaigns for the National Education Association and Southwest Voter Registration Project, among others, and as an Independent Producer and Promoter, he has booked A-List bands for concerts, tours and shows throughout the United States. Pablo has also designed and produced award winning marketing campaigns for nonprofits, social causes and for-profit companies. Sancre Productions was created 4 years ago so that Pablo could bring together talented artists, graphic designers, promoters, actors, web developers, film makers and marketing geniuses to support businesses and social causes that matter. Pablo was raised in the East Bay Area and Los Angeles, he is committed to using the power of the arts to affect social change and empower those without a voice. 'Sancre' is local spanglish slang for a small town in Northern New Mexico where Sancre Productions got started.

Monica E. Griego

Line Producer, Development Director

Monica has expertise in community health, marketing, campaign leadership and fund development in California, Colorado and New Mexico.  Monica currently staffs the only cross-county collaboration between Taos and Rio Arriba counties currently funded by HRSA, the Northern New Mexico Rural Health Network, as the Network Director.  Additional work experience includes positions with Investment Bank Deutsche Banc Alex Brown, the Robert F. Kennedy Memorial and the U.S. White House. Monica earned her Bachelor’s degree in international law from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, and is a Certificate Holder in Latin American Studies.

Luke Fitch

Director of Photography, Post Production

Luke is a native of south Santa Fe, New Mexico, living off-the-grid with solar panels in an adobe house. Pursuing visual art from an early age, he left for Manhattan in 2002 to study filmmaking at NYU. A year later he moved to South Africa to shoot and direct a documentary and completed his degree with an epic sci-fi shoot in New Mexico during the summer of 2006. He remained in Santa Fe after that film (Black Gold 2051) was completed, founding a visual effects company (Altitude FX, that is still in operation today. He has won awards for VFX, editing, and aerial photography, and is also a professor in the film departments of various NM-based state and community colleges.

Justice Whitaker

Director of Photography

Justice Whitaker is the Director of Photography with Sancre Productions. A graduate of Long Island University and New York University, Justice has been awarded 11 film awards from 2006-2015. His photography and film has been exhibited in more than 21 fine art exhibitions and gallery shows. In addition to his work with PIW Productions, Justice is also a film Professor at the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, NM teaching cinematography, introduction to directing, and advanced production. Justice is also a successful screenwriting consultant having collaborated on more than a dozen film and television pilots.

Roscoe Ferguson

Web Design, Front End Development

Roscoe Ferguson is a Graphic Designer with a passion for beautiful, functional websites. He specializes in art direction, UX/UI, design and front-end web development.

Shanti Duval

Shanti Duval is a career project coordinator skilled in communications, content development, and a professional fixer. Shanti has worked for a variety of firms, coordinating content development and productions in the New York Metro Area; she recently relocated to her home state, New Mexico, where she works with productions and non-profits.
